My objective is to sell your home:
  • For the best possible price.
  • In the shortest achievable time.
  • With the least inconvenience to you.
The following is my plan for marketing your home:
  1. Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service, including the Internet.
  2. Submit copies of your listing to my company sales staff.
  3. Tour your home with my office.
  4. Promote your home at the marketing meetings for maximum exposure to the other agents to use with their potential buyers.
  5. Develop a list of features and benefits of you home for the cooperating agents to use with their potential buyers.
  6. Suggest and advise you as to any changes you might want to make to your home to make it more marketable.
  7. Circulate flyers through local real estate offices.
  8. Add additional exposure through a professional sign and lock box.
  9. Hold an open house when possible.
  10. Advertise aggressively!
  11. Pre-qualify, when possible, all perspective buyers.
  12. Have cooperative brokers tour your home.
  13. Follow up every week to ten days on all the salespeople that have shown your home for their response.
  14. Assist you in arranging interim financing, if necessary.
  15. Provide you with a copy of all advertisements that have been published.
  16. Represent you upon the presentation of all contracts by the cooperating brokers, and to help negotiate the best possible price and terms for you.
  17. Handle follow up and keep you informed, after the contract has been accepted, on all mortgage, title and other closing procedures.
  18. Deliver your check at the close of escrow.
