The following is my plan for marketing your home:
- Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service, including the Internet.
- Submit copies of your listing to my company sales staff.
- Tour your home with my office.
- Promote your home at the marketing meetings for maximum exposure to the other agents to use with their potential buyers.
- Develop a list of features and benefits of you home for the cooperating agents to use with their potential buyers.
- Suggest and advise you as to any changes you might want to make to your home to make it more marketable.
- Circulate flyers through local real estate offices.
- Add additional exposure through a professional sign and lock box.
- Hold an open house when possible.
- Advertise aggressively!
- Pre-qualify, when possible, all perspective buyers.
- Have cooperative brokers tour your home.
- Follow up every week to ten days on all the salespeople that have shown your home for their response.
- Assist you in arranging interim financing, if necessary.
- Provide you with a copy of all advertisements that have been published.
- Represent you upon the presentation of all contracts by the cooperating brokers, and to help negotiate the best possible price and terms for you.
- Handle follow up and keep you informed, after the contract has been accepted, on all mortgage, title and other closing procedures.
- Deliver your check at the close of escrow.
